I love these kinds of rebate programs that improve the ecological sustainability of a property. My feedback is that I don't understand why only $50 maximum per property is offered for barrels, but $1000 is available for cisterns. What if someone's property can't accomodate a cistern, but can accomodate several spaced out barrels? There are other additional incurred costs that may come with a barrel method too such as piping for overflow barrels to lead to more barrels further down the property, including making them closer to gardens to be attached to drip irrigation.

Is there any rebate for people already doing this? I asked a few years ago and then there was nothing. I have had 3 cisterns, 9 rain barrels and 3 square compost bins for over 6 years
